He is also a licensed Lead Risk Assessor. With an expert eye for containment and safety, he ensures that the work is not only completed to code but that the property is ready to pass its dust-wipe inspection on the very first try. In his spare time, Missael enjoys spending time with his family and trying out new foods.

Ozem Benitez – Compliance & Project Coordinator

The bridge between the job site, the client and the MDE, Ozem handles the critical documentation that clears your record. From coordinating crew schedules, reviewing scopes of work, addressing change orders, to ensuring Supervisor’s Statement of Work (SSW) are filed accurately, he keeps your project on track and your 30-day compliance window secure.
